FIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Cut arch top to length required by cutting at ends with a saw.
Arch top can then be used as a template pattern to cut Gibboard to shape.
Fit arch top by glueing and screwing, Use construction adhesive - eg Bostik Stud and Wallboard. Cut jambs to length required and fix as before. Fix the Gibboard previously cut to shape above arch each side. Attach the corbels using plaster cornice cement as the adhesive - mix to a paste with water - push into position and hold for 1-2 mins. Plaster the gap between the arch and Gibboard neatly. Sandpaper when dry if required. Paint with Flat or Semi-gloss Alkyd paint system.
